karl-tepfer > WTC Light Tribute, September 11th, 2008.
Recalling the efforts and a time when terrorists actually existed rather than simply "Enemy Combatants."

karl-tepfer > First photo uploads from 9/11/2007 Tribute in Light Memorial. The lights are further South than in the past due to contstruction at Ground Zero. (Sorry about the watermarking, but I discovered that people have been stealing my images)
karl-tepfer > Light Tribute, 9/11 in 2006 from Fulton Ferry at the base of the Brooklyn Bridge. The River Cafe is directly to the right. Long exposure to emphasize movement of the flags and capture the reflecting colors in the East River.
karl-tepfer > Light Tribute 9/11 in 2006 from Brooklyn side. The clouds rolled in, and the light appeared to form a heart in the clouds..... No enhancement or post-processing done on this image.

karl-tepfer > Flower placed on beam from World Trade Center. At Jersey Center Memorial, 9/11/02.
karl-tepfer > In the foreground a twisted beam, recovered from the World Trade Center. Part of a permanent memorial in Jersey City, directly opposite Ground Zero. If you look at the Woolworth Building between the two larger buildings in the background, and then the same building engraved on the monument in the foreground, the majesty of the WTC can be imagined.
karl-tepfer > September 11th, 2002. Taken at Fulton Ferry, base of the Brooklyn Bridge. River Cafe directly to the right portion of the image. Long exposure.
